This tour takes you to all the highlights of the spectacular southern portion of Dominica. Champagne Reef, one of the most highly-rated must-sees on the Caribbean’s Nature Island, is a not-to-be-missed snorkeling experience! Just offshore in only 8-10 feet of water is an underwater hot spring. Hundreds of vent holes streaming air bubbles to the surface create the sensation that you are swimming in a glass of bubbly.

Your expedition continues with a drive through the village of Soufriere where you will visit a beautiful old Catholic Church by the sea where the movie Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed!

An underwater hot spring sends air bubbles to the surface for a fun swim in Champagne Reef. Take a hike up to Scotts Head and view the majestic Marine Reserve.  Walk the thin strip of land which separates the Atlantic Ocean from the Caribbean Sea.

Your fun-filled day ends at the scenic southern tip of Dominica. Scott’s Head is a stunning end of the road settlement and small fishing village. Enjoy lunch (not included) and watch the fishing boats come in with the catch of the day. After, you can hike up to the top of Scott’s Head for a beautiful view of the village and of the neighboring island of Martinique.

Bring comfortable shoes, swimsuit, towel, cash and camera. Snorkel gear included. Packed lunch available for purchase.
