Last Friday, we celebrated the weekend with a photo of Hudge’s new cocktail on our Rosalie Bay Resort Facebook page. Since then, we have received many requests for his cocktail recipe for the “Mint of Peridot.”

Hudge’s Mint of Peridot cocktail recipe
Ingredients
1 cup Orange juice
1 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1 3/4 oz of Blue Curacao
¼ oz Silver Tequila
¾ oz Crème de Menthe
¼ oz Sugar syrup
3 Orange slices to garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into shaker and shake well
- Pour into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with orange slices
