Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund till 4 p.m. 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations incur a fee of EC$50. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Guests will be given a credit at the resort for either a future stay or towards any of the resort’s activities. Guests will have 6 months to use the credit.
Same-day reservations pay in full prior to check-in.
