Zahir has been part of the Rosalie Bay family before Hurricane Maria and is now back to see it grow. He heads security, maintenance and landscaping and above all most important—our excursions for our guests.
As an experienced tour guide, Zahir has been guiding hikes and hosting tours on Dominica for more than a decade. In fact, Zahir has hiked to the Boiling Lake more than 180 times! His best time is 3.5 hours round trip. These days he prefers taking guests on daily excursions to share and explore the vast beauty of Dominica, especially Victoria Falls.
To best enjoy your visit to Dominica and any excursion, Zahir recommends bringing shoes that are supportive with good traction and that can get wet, as trails can be slippery.
