Daily room rates
Providing a great value on your Dominica vacation means that your daily room rate includes:
- Healthy start breakfast – Coffee, tea, juice or smoothie, fruit bowl, cold or hot cereal with our signature Kalinago Farine Porridge, eggs of any style, and breakfast basket with house-made bread and pastries with local jams/jellies.
- Resort amenities – Including free Wi-Fi, nature walks, and more
Check in & check out
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon.
Deposits & payment
For stays of two nights or more, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required for one-night bookings. We welcome MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. Upon arrival, a credit card is needed as a deposit against incidental charges. Personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellations
As a small resort, cancellations affect us significantly. For no-shows and cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule your reservation within 12 months, your deposit will be applied to your next stay. We strongly recommend that you take insurance against trip interruption and the possibility of cancellation fees.
Additional persons
A US$40 fee will be charged for an extra person in a room or suite for persons 11 years and older. There is no additional charge for children 10 years and younger.
Children
Please notify the resort at the time of booking if an infant will be staying and if a crib is needed. Parents are responsible for the care, entertainment, and safety of their children at all times. Babysitting services are available with advance notice. Rosalie Bay does not claim that it is able to ensure the safety of children while on the property or during any of the Rosalie Bay organized tours. Many tours are strenuous and may not be suitable for small children.
Travel insurance
Rosalie Bay strongly encourages all guests to purchase medical, accident, luggage, and emergency trip cancellation insurance.
Hurricane policy
Should a hurricane hit Dominica or come close enough to disrupt air service to the island, we will issue credits, move dates, and do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied.
