Energetic Beet Smoothie
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- Beets, 5 oz. chopped
- Carrots, 5 oz. chopped
- Parsley, 2 stalks
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Chop ingredients noted above and add to blender
- Add ice cubs
- Blend until smooth
- Strain, serve and sip in the benefits
