Congratulations to our July Employees of the Month, Jacette Jackson and Malian Phillip! Jacette has worked at Rosalie Bay Resort for 5 years and is a strong asset to our accounting team. She is passionate about her work, and continually demonstrates her organizational skills and attention to detail. In her free time, Jacette loves participating in new adventures around the beautiful island of Dominica!
Malian has also been at Rosalie Bay for 5 years, and is on our security team! From greeting our guests, escorting them to their room or patrolling the grounds, Malian continually goes above and beyond expectations in his security role. Malian loves interacting with guests and exploring his favorite place in Dominica, Grand Fond!
