Our Manager’s Welcome Reception began last Wednesday and was a big hit with guests. Held in the tiki-lit gazebo overlooking the Rosalie River, the Manager’s Welcome Reception provided a great opportunity for guests, resort managers and supervisors to mingle and get to know one another.
The reception began with complimentary healthy Aloe shot, created with aloe, honey and lime, followed by complimentary red and white wine, the local Kubuli beer, passion fruit punch (with and without rum) and hors d’oeuvres. The healthful hors d’oeuvres were prepared in the organic cooking light class held that afternoon, and included tuna carpaccio served on fresh baked tortilla chips.
