We all crave a cool treat, such as ice cream, especially when its warm outside. And I personally think soursop is the best ice cream in the world!
Soursop is a spiky green fruit used in Dominica for its fruit, juice and to flavor ice cream. It is sweet and sour, like many tropical fruits, with a creamy texture that can easily be made into a creamy, dairy free dessert.
At Rosalie Bay Resort, you can enjoy a taste of the tropics with soursop ice cream and juice. Both are available at our Zamaan Restaurant.

1 cup fresh souprsop
1 cup ice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend and freeze, or enjoy as a smoothie.
